Dear Friend of RTA,

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the official Web site of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA). We invite you to explore the exciting world of on-line transit information.

Since 1975, RTA employees have been hard at work, building a transit system that Greater Clevelanders can be proud of. Although many people would say that RTA is in the transportation business, I believe that RTA is really in the hospitality business. Every rider is our special guest, and as long as you are on a RTA bus, rail car, platform or parking lot, we want to offer you the safest and most convenient service possible.

We may not be there yet, but I assure you -- we are working toward that goal.

This Web site was designed to provide you with a convenient "front door" to our many services. You can access information on regular and special bus and rapid transit services, as well as updates on projects that will expand and improve our system.

There are also direct e-mail links to many of our key staff members, so you can contact them directly if you wish. And if you just have a general comment, suggestion or complaint about our service, we would like to hear that too.

This Web site is updated often. Please come back and visit us again. If you have suggestions for how it can be made more user-friendly, please let us know.
