RTA is working to develop a Transit Center in East Side of Cleveland's downtown to: 1] improve service to its customers by increasing the transit systems efficiency, 2] promote long-term economic and community development and growth adjacent to the East Side Transit Center and 3] improve quality of life for those visiting, working, or living in the area of the East Side Transit Center.
